All services are provided subject to availability, client suitability assessments, and separate contractual agreements where applicable.

• While we conduct screening and verification procedures where applicable, we do not guarantee a candidate’s future performance, conduct, or suitability.
• Clients remain responsible for all employment-related obligations, including contracts, payroll, taxation, insurance, and compliance with employment laws.

Security and protection services are provided based on information supplied by the client and prevailing circumstances.

While Norsk Tactical Ltd employs highly trained personnel and industry best practices, no security service can guarantee the prevention of all threats, incidents, losses, or injuries.

Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, public appearances, events, and other activities.

Norsk Tactical Ltd may arrange services through third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, venues, and specialist vendors.

We act as an agent or coordinator where applicable and are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties;
• Service failures of suppliers;
• Changes in travel regulations or government restrictions;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees for services shall be outlined in individual proposals, quotations, or service agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All invoices are payable within the stated payment period;
• Deposits may be required before commencement of services;
• Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges;
• We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

Given the nature of our clientele, confidentiality is fundamental to our business.

Norsk Tactical Ltd will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information obtained during the provision of services.

Clients likewise agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies, operational procedures, pricing structures, or confidential business information belonging to Norsk Tactical Ltd.

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of any engagement.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
