1. Introduction
These Terms govern recruitment and placement services provided by Norsk Tactical Ltd.
2. Services
Norsk Tactical Ltd may recruit and place:
- Executive Assistants
- Estate Managers
- Household Managers
- Private Chefs
- Chauffeurs
- Nannies
- Personal Assistants
- Security Personnel
- Domestic Staff
- Lifestyle Management Professionals
3. Candidate Introductions
An introduction occurs when client information regarding a candidate is provided by Norsk Tactical Ltd.
Any engagement of a candidate introduced by Norsk Tactical Ltd within 12 months of introduction shall be subject to the agreed placement fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Verify suitability of candidates;
- Conduct final interviews;
- Ensure legal compliance regarding employment;
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage;
- Comply with UK employment legislation.
5. Background Checks
Where requested, Norsk Tactical Ltd may facilitate:
- Right-to-work verification
- Employment verification
- Qualification checks
- Criminal record screening
- Reference checks
No guarantee is provided regarding future conduct or performance.
6. Fees
Fees are payable in accordance with agreed schedules.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Permanent placements are charged as a percentage of annual remuneration.
- Retained searches require an upfront engagement fee.
- Interim and temporary placements may be charged on a daily or hourly basis.
7. Replacement Guarantee
Where applicable, a replacement search may be offered if a placed candidate leaves employment within the agreed guarantee period.
The guarantee shall not apply where:
- Employment terms are altered.
- Payment is overdue.
- Candidate is made redundant.
- Candidate is dismissed due to unlawful employer conduct.
8. Liability
Norsk Tactical Ltd’s liability shall be limited to fees paid for the relevant placement service.
Clients remain solely responsible for employment decisions and legal compliance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
